All shipping days are business days, we are unable to ship products on Friday after 2 pm, Saturday and Sunday.
Most furniture comes with lead time which is excluded from the shipping time, usually, this is 1-2 business days, sometimes less.
All weekend orders will be processed on Monday.
How do I track my order? Once your order has been processed by the brand, you will receive an email from us that your order has been dispatched. If you haven’t got your tracker number yet, drop us an email and we will come back to you.
Where does my order come from? As a platform connecting different brands, all orders are dispatched from the brand themselves directly to you. This may result in packages arriving on different days, since every brand has a different shipping process. Any questions please let us know, each product has its own tracking information.
What are the shipping costs and time? This is all based on location and brand. All shipping and prices are quoted at the checkout.
Can I ship to multiple addresses? Shipment address is based per order.
Is my package insured?All items are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit. If your package is lost, we will do our best to solve it as soon as we can.
What about paying for customs/import charges? Import duties and customs policies vary widely from country to country. This means that we don’t have any control over all charged duties.
Returned items must comply with our returns policy:
All returns on items will be organised by the Deskmate Customer Service Team. All large furniture items will incur a £10 returns fee which covers pick up and insurance back to our depot
Returned items must be received by the partner within 14 days.
We strongly advise returning your unwanted item within 7 days of time to make sure the package will arrive on time. Contact for your return label/return instruction
All returns should be shipped with a track and trace as proof and indication of return.
Items must be returned unused, with all tags attached and original packaging included. We are able to refund the item cost, but unfortunately free returns will be on a case by case basis.
