If your order is successful you will receive an automated email to confirm your order has been received, and is being processing. This means the payment was successful, however if an item is not in stock, or we see there may be a security issue with the payment, we will contact you as soon as possible to resolve the situation.

We do everything in our power to ensure is delivered correctly to our customers, if this isn’t the case please email us at [email protected] with your order number. We will get right back to you.

Shipping FAQs

Once your order has been processed by the brand, you will receive an email from us that your order has been dispatched. If you haven’t got your tracker number yet, drop us an email at [email protected] and we will come back to you.

As a platform connecting different brands, all orders are dispatched from the brand themselves directly to you. This may result in packages arriving on different days, since every brand has a different shipping process. Any questions please let us know, each product has its own tracking information. 

This is all based on location and brand. All shipping and prices are quoted at the checkout. 

Shipment address is based per order. 

All items are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit. If your package is lost, we will do our best to solve it as soon as we can. 

Import duties and customs policies vary widely from country to country. This means that we don’t have any control over all charged duties.
